What are the requirements to join?
Infantrymen simply must be at least 13 years old, have Discord and Roblox accounts, and demonstrate basic brain function.
What training is provided?
New recruits undergo basic training covering weapons, protocol, and group information. More training is given to those who join other combat groups.
How do I rank up?
Promotions are handed out via recommendation from an NCO or Officer and are based on merit, time in group, activity, reputation, & overall reliability and ethic.
345th Blacklist
Due to the complete disregard of our rules,
The 345th Infantry Regiment is to be blacklisted completely from any Stratocracy server and games. A 24 hour grace period will be given for people to leave all affiliation with said group.
After the grace period, anyone found within the 345th's server will be banned from our community.
PSA: Noob Colors
As a tight-knit community, it is a responsibility that's put on all ranks to ensure that everyone who wishes to participate in our events/games who wear our uniform remain the correct Noob colors.
Uniformity, not just solely in uniforms but also in being the correct noob colors, is apart of why our massive rallies look attractive.
As such, It is everyone's responsibility to ensure everyone is in the correct noob skintone!

People who wear West Noobian attire, either it be combats, formals, or anything, are immediately KOS. This also applies to West Noobians on the Civilian team.
