LAW-001SPAMMING / PINGING

You are not allowed to ping any roles unless you are verifying or following any formats within official channels. Flooding channels with text or embeds will also result in punishment unless authorized.

LAW-002NSFW - Light

Posting something that may be suggestive but not NSFW may get your message deleted or yourself warned. Continual posting may result in a warn.

LAW-003NSFW - Borderline

Borderline NSFW is unacceptable and will result in appropriate actions taken by any NCO or higher. This may result in a warn, kick, ban, or permanent discharge.

LAW-004SEXUAL BEHAVIOR

Depending on circumstances, this may result in a warn or ban. Light jokes are permitted depending on circumstances.

LAW-005HARASSMENT

Discrimination outside of obvious jokes are not allowed. This includes blatant slurs and harassment.

LAW-006ADVERTISEMENTS

Only allowed if permitted by an officer.

LAW-007INSENSITIVE CONTENT

Jokes that include sexual abuse material, killings, genocide and rape are not permitted.

LAW-008LOOPHOLES

Use your brain. Use common sense. Think before you post. If you don't care then we don't need you here.

DISCIPLINE

• 4+ Warns: Once 4 warnings are reached, punishment will be based on crimes committed (mute, temp ban, etc). Additional warns at 4+ will also result in punishment.
• 8 Warns: You will be permanently banned from the 3ND community unless waived by the Office of the General.

DISCHARGES

Discharge = permanent ban from the community.

WARN EXPIRATION

Warns expire after 6 months. Expired warns don't affect total count but can still influence decisions.

If you wish to appeal a ban or feel that an action against you is unfair, appeal utilizing the following server.
